This promotional campaign was created to spotlight a large collection of designer goods available on PropertyRoom.com. The goal was to highlight high-end inventory while also improving on-site SEO and engagement.

I designed the landing page, along with web banners, email graphics, and a social post to promote the event across multiple channels. Each asset was created to maintain a cohesive look and feel — modern, luxury-inspired, and consistent with the PropertyRoom brand.

The campaign gave bidders a clear, visually appealing way to explore the featured products while driving additional traffic and awareness for the promotion.

01 — Project Context & Goals

A designer auction event for PropertyRoom.com

The Designer Drop needed its own event identity inside the PropertyRoom.com marketplace — something that felt distinctly high-fashion while still clearly belonging to the PropertyRoom brand. The goals were to make a large, varied collection of designer goods easy to browse, give bidders confidence in what they were buying, and draw new traffic to the event from email and social.

02 — Design Strategy & Visual Hierarchy

Editorial luxury, marketplace clarity

I took cues from fashion editorial design: generous white space, refined serif-and-sans type pairing, and restrained colour so the products themselves provide the richness. The event branding sits at the top of every surface, followed by featured pieces and a single, clear path into the auction.

Curated editorial product grids group items by category and give each piece room to breathe, while consistent badge iconography marks authenticated luxury items so bidders can identify verified goods at a glance.

03 — Deliverables & Channels

Event branding across every touchpoint

Each asset carried the same Designer Drop identity so the event felt cohesive wherever a bidder encountered it.

  1. 01Event branding — a Designer Drop wordmark and visual style used across the campaign.
  2. 02Landing page — event header, curated product grids by category, and calls to action into live listings.
  3. 03High-fashion promotional banners — homepage placements styled like fashion advertising.
  4. 04Email newsletters — editorial layouts featuring highlighted pieces and a direct link to the event.
  5. 05Badge iconography — a consistent marker for authenticated luxury items.
  6. 06Social post — a feed-ready graphic to extend reach beyond the site.

04 — Production Execution

Consistency at scale

Working in Figma, I built reusable grid and card components so new products could be added to the landing page without redesigning the layout. Product photography was cleaned up and colour-balanced in Photoshop so items from different sources looked like part of one curated collection across web, email, and social.
